Before joining as a new member, please check the Wild Apricot directory to see if your organization is already a member, or email us at email@example.com to have us check for you first. We want to try to avoid duplicate organizations and invoices, if possible.
Membership for MiCAMP depends on what organization you are from.
County/City Governments and Townships are split up between Small, Medium, and Large. If you are from a County, City, or Township and want to join but you are unsure of which membership level to select, check this page on the MiCAMP website for a list. You can find your unit of government and what level you are.
Private sector companies/businesses are considered vendors. MiCAMP has two vendor membership groups - regular vendor membership or membership with a conference booth. The regular membership is a "roaming" vendor, which means you can just attend the conference. Vendor Booth get's you a reserved booth/table/area within the Vendor Area at the conference. There are three levels within these two groups for vendors. Each level allows you to bring more people from your company/organization to the conference.
If you are from a State of Michigan Agency or Department (MDOT, DEQ, DNR, DTMB, etc.) with an @michigan.gov email address, please contact Everett Root at CSSTP/DTMB to be added to the State's account at no charge. CSSTP/DTMB maintains the State's membership in MiCAMP.
If you are from a Regional Planning Organization (RPO or MPO) or a Tribal Government, choose that level.
All other organizations (non-profits, utilities, Road Commissions, etc.) fall under Other Organizations.
If you are a student, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you sign up. Students can be members of MiCAMP for free.
Once you complete the steps to join MiCAMP, you'll automatically receive an invoice in your email for the membership level you chose.
